Another Quick Word XP Outlining Tip

To format the number (I. , a., 1., etc.) at the start of a outline paragraph, select the space immediately AFTER the last character in the paragraph. However you formate that space is how your number will appear. I frequently use this to unbold or de-italicize my numerals.
